Transaction cancellation and returns

1.  The products are manufactured in a dedicated. If an item of jewelry has been ordered, it will be possible to return or exchange the product within 14 days since receiving the product.
2. If the customer received a different product from what he ordered or a defective product, a return or refund will be possible, provided that the return is made within 14 days of the purchase date. In addition, the customer will pay a cancellation fee in accordance with the law. 5 percent or 100 NIS whichever is lower.
3. A product that is damaged or different from what was ordered will be returned to us in its original packaging, unused and with the label. A product that has been used or without its original packaging will not be exchanged or returned.
4. The return of the product in accordance with section 10 of the site regulations will be returned at the customer’s expense by registered mail to the address the site management will provide, contact us for address.
5. A shipment that is not delivered until 60 days from the date of the order, the website management will issue a full refund to the customer.

8. In the case of self-collection, the costumer must verify in advance that the product is available and to coordinate collection with the tma-jewelry.com website. Also, a customer who performs self-collection will not be charged shipping fees!
9. Cancel order within 14 days since receiving the product, only if the product is undamaged. Customer will have to pay for returning shipment fees, only when the product returns, the customer will be fully refunded.

Delivery to the costumer’s house

      10. The delivery of the products is carried out by the YunExpress delivery company. The delivery time to the customer’s house will be usually 12 business days from the date of the order on the website, there might be delays in shipping and shipping time may vary.
